This comes from higher altitude vines. After 3 days of cold soak, half the destemmed fruit is native fermented and raised in steel while the other half undergoes its élevage in wood (10% new). Bright and fresh, this shines with cranberry, red currant, fresh raspberry, running along a sleek, salted palate. Certainly high in acidity, and delightfully so, enjoy this youthful pinot with wild mushrooms, and wild salmon. Fantastic value.
