Blaufränkisch, with Cabernet Sauvignon and Zweigelt
Deep dark ruby with purple reflections, it has a black core with a bright delicate rim. On the nose delicate wood savouriness underlies black cherry fruit with a hint of vanilla and some balsamic notes. Juicy and elegant on the palate with a fine tannin structure. This has a complex savoury, delicately caramel and blackberry finish, with good ageing potential.
