Planted 1983. Next door to Les Combettes but falls into Grévilly which now counts as Cruzille. The vineyard sits on a Bathonian limestone bench which supports no trees but orchids and junipers. A little more tension here and the oak shows less. The yellow fruit is a mix of fine plums and ripe citrus, with a more persistent finish. The 2022 Genievrières is less lactic than Les Combettes and has a very long finish.
