Guado A Melo 2020 Criseo Toscana Bianco 750ml

The Guado al Melo 2020 Bolgheri Bianco Criseo is a field blend of grapes from the Campo Bianco Vineyard. It roughly breaks down to 70% Vermentino and 30% other co-fermented grapes (including Fiano, Verdicchio, Petit Manseng, Manzoni Bianco). Those complementary varieties were chosen because they are suitable to the warm territory and able to support longer aging. The wine ferments and ages in steel on the lees for 12 months. These mid-weight results show creamy orchard fruit and crushed almond with some subtle background tones of white stone and garden herb.
