A blend built around Sauvignon Blanc, Pomelado is an amber wine made with white grapes and fermented with their skins for 10-14 days, similar to how red grapes are treated. The result is a deep orange-hued wine that is robust and bold. It has aromas of tropical fruit, bruised apple, brazil nut and dried orange rind. Fantastic with Manchego cheese or salads like hot-smoked salmon salad. You can also try it with curry dishes and sushi.
