The palate is subtle and chalky, with bright yet subdued fruit that’s evenly distributed. Precise, with a beautifully refined finish. Truly mind-blowing pinot from the Adrianna Vineyard.

Hailing from the northern section of Gualtallary's Adrianna Vineyard, the 2023 Histoire d’A Pinot Noir is sourced from vines planted in 1998 on loamy soils with calcium carbonate. It fermented with 40% whole clusters in roll fermentors and matured for 12 months in first-, second- and third-use barrique. Opening with a nimble, vibrant and herbal nose, the palate is lacy, sleek and focused, releasing into a weightlessly drying, energetic and refined finish. This is a pristine expression of Uco Valley that is equal parts playful and serious.
