The 2023 Domaine de la Touraize Arbois Côtes à Côtes Rouge is a vibrant and natural expression of the Jura region, crafted from a blend dominated by Trousseau and complemented by Pinot Noir,  exhibiting a lively, juicy profile. Aged in stainless steel or foudres, this cuvée captures the essence of the 2023 vintage with an intensely aromatic bouquet, featuring ripe, juicy notes of black cherries, red berries, and blackcurrants, often accompanied by subtle earthy hints or a touch of spice. On the palate, the wine balances youthful, energetic fruit with a refined structure, offering a light-to-medium body that feels fresh, and at times, showcases a unique, slightly reduced character similar to a strawberry cordial or spiced, crunchy red fruit.
