Domaine Bachelet 2022 Gevrey-Chambertin "Les Corbeaux" 1er Cru 750ml

A vaguely toasty nose is comprised by notes of plum, violet and plenty of earth and sauvage characters. The exceptionally rich, indeed suave and opulent, broad-shouldered flavors possess a natural sweetness that also suffuses the powerful and impressively long finish. This is compact and notably more structured so at least some patience is strongly advised. With that said, this beauty should be at least approachable after only 6 to 8 years of keeping.
