Our winemaker Marc Gagnon decided to do a traditional fermentation for a portion of the wine in stainless, then a smaller fermentation in a Taransaud Puncheon - for added texture and complexity.
This wine is exquisitely nuanced in aroma, dark, and brooding with an electric Cabernet intensity. On the palate, it is vibrant in its youth but will allow more nuance to shine through with time.
