The 2019 Jaspi Negre is a blend of 45% Garnatxa, 25% Cariñena, 15% Syrah and 15% Cabernet Sauvignon, all sourced from Montsant. Garnet in hue, it presents aromas of cherry and ash, complemented by a faint vanilla note. Dry and rich, the 2019 offers a medium-bodied palate with a lasting finish that hints at waffle and hay. A straightforward red, this is perfect for enjoying by the glass at a restaurant.
