This Alto Adige Sauvignon Blanc has a light straw yellow color with greenish hues. On the nose, there are aromas of aromatic herbs, citrus, chinotto, lychee, and elderflower. The palate is full-bodied, with crispness and tanginess, and supporting acidity that caresses the mouth. It pairs well with chicken with paprika or spicy Szechuan soup. Best served between 10-12°C and stored in a cool location.
