The 2021 La Hacienda Doña Francisca comes from Pago Callejuela, a plot of 28-year-old vines fermented in Manzanilla cask, where it matured with flor for six to seven years. This is a vineyard with lots of influence from the sea, saline and marine, and it's very dry and electric with tension, very chalky, with 11% alcohol and lots of freshness and acidity. Long, mineral and sharp. 3,000 bottles produced. It was bottled in March 2022.
