Bolla Soave Classico 750ml

Abele Bolla began making wine for his family inn near Verona in 1883; the house went on to introduce Soave to much of the world, and today draws on over 300 hectares and a network of more than 100 grower families. This comes from hillside sites in the Classico heartland, where volcanic and chalky soils and warm days with cool nights preserve aromatic clarity. Roughly 90% Garganega with Trebbiano di Soave for body, gently pressed, fermented cool in stainless and left on lees. Pale straw with green glints; white flowers, green apple, pear and citrus over a soft almond note. Crisp, mineral, easy. Serve 8–10°C.
