The white 2023 Chobeo de Peciña Blanco, produced with Viura from two vineyards, fermented in new American oak barrels where it matured for three months. It has a spicy and smoky nose from the new wood, but with the core of floral and brothy aromas, the young white shows more clearly. It has a light and elegant palate with marked flavors from the oak. It should absorb and integrate the oak with some more time in bottle. It comes in at 13% alcohol with very good freshness and acidity and parameters that confirm it, a pH of 3.12 and 6.71 grams of acidity. 8,000 bottles produced. It was bottled in February 2024.
