Bella Wines 2023 Buddha’s Blend 750ml

Buddha’s Blend (aka “B2” and named after our bulldog) has become the rosé introduction to our winery.  B2 is composed of a blend of chardonnay and gamay pressings.  In 2023, it has a lighter hue than normal as it is more chard than gamay and we didn’t want to keep it on the lees for too long this year. With a pale pink hue, this bubble has a candied apple nose, with tart strawberry-apple and white grapefruit pith on the palate and a buttered popcorn finish.
