The NV Manzanilla Nave Trinidad is a Manzanilla en rama (unfiltered) with three and a half years under flor. It has an easy to understand and highly drinkable profile. It has notes of fennel and esparto grass and a fluid palate with a mellow texture and elegant flavors. It does not have the complexity of other products (Pastora, Solear en Rama...), but that's exactly the aim. It's drinkable and a bargain too
