Arboleda 2018 Brisa Red Blend 750ml

The 2018 Blend Brisa consists of 36% Syrah, 24% Grenache, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon, 12% Cabernet Franc and 8% Mourvèdre from Hijuelas, Aconcagua, and 85% of it spent 22 months in French oak barrels, 38% of them new, with the remaining 15% in Stockinger foudres. Reddish-violet in hue, it delivers black pepper, black currant and cigar box notes plus hints of sour cherry and blackberry. Juicy and taut with fine-grained tannins; the mouthfeel is quite lean, a style halfway between France and the US.
