The 2021 Aldo Conterno Bussiador Langhe Chardonnay is a breathtaking, "large-boned" white wine that showcases remarkable prestige, offering a rich and opulent profile that mirrors high-end Burgundy. In the glass, it presents a luminous, deep golden-yellow color, opening with a complex bouquet of ripe pineapple, white peach, acacia honey, and toasted hazelnut, perfectly integrated with refined notes of butterscotch, vanilla, and sweet oak spice. On the palate, this full-bodied, 100% Chardonnay is spectacularly creamy and voluminous, yet it maintains excellent freshness and balance thanks to vibrant acidity, a firm structure, and a distinct, chalky, saline minerality.
