Description
TASTING NOTES:
Wild strawberries and Rainer Cherries abound in this creamy Frizzante wine. Crisp, fresh field berries mingle with a hint of pink grapefruit to make this a refreshing summer sparkler.
FOOD PAIRING:
LUNCH, BRUNCH, DINNER, BEFORE or AFTER… very easy to pair as the wine has a refreshing acidity which makes it an outstanding & exciting food wine. No need for orange juice anymore.
THE BLEND:
Pinot Gris, a touch of Pinot Meunier, and Syrah!
WINEMAKING:
We keep and store the CO2 from the fermentation and slowly integrate that back into the wine to create small soft bubbles. No second fermentation, no traditional Champagne process, no aging on yeast, no sur lie. Without all this, the wine is younger, fresher with powerful and intense fruit flavours. Think of it as an uncomplicated Okanagan “Prosecco”.
Shipping & Returns
We use Canada Post for the majority of deliveries and a courier for those nearest our location. If you are not at home when Canada Post attempts delivery of your package, they will leave a note with the nearest pickup location. By law, we cannot ship outside of the province and packages delivered by Canada Post cannot be left on the doorstep. Orders for downtown Vancouver may arrive the same or next day depending on time of order. Order cut-off is generally 10am PST on a best-effort basis. We will contact you if we require more information to set up delivery.
