Tissot Cremant de Jura BBF 750ml

The more-recent NV Crémant du Jura Blanc de Noir (2020-2021) is a blend of 50% wine from 2021 and 50% wine from 2020, with the base wine aged in barrique until blended and put in the bottle to referment. The labels will show the disgorgement date, and it will be possible to differentiate the different bottlings. The blend was put in bottle in April, so the older wine has had more time to age in barrel. It's 100% Pinot Noir vinified completely without any added sulfur. It was just disgorged in July 2024, and the bottled wine will rest for another six months before it is released. I see an improvement here; the wine is nuttier, creamier and with more Jura character that comes out with time.
