It's easy to taste why this earned a gold medal at this year's National Wine Awards. It's serious gamay, pure and expressive, with enticing violet aromatics backed by black raspberry, plum, blueberry, and spice. The palate is juicy yet structured, and this wouldn't feel out of place in a line up of Fleuries. It's another strong release from the 2022 vintage for Three Sisters, and clearly they get gamay. Talk about value, too.
