Tawse 2020 Niagara Cabernet Franc 750ml

Showing beautifully now, Tawse's 2020 Grower's cabernet franc has shifted into the gravelly spectrum while still holding on to dark fruit and savoury spice. The palate is appealingly firm and gritty with lingering finish - seems to be in a perfect drinking window now even if there's no rush. I like the mouth-coating structure without hardness and the classic flavour line. Drink now-2028.
