This, their flagship riesling, was picked over a few weeks across a number of blocks, with some plantings dating back to 1978. All was whole bunch pressed, and fermented by block in stainless, aging on gross lees until blending and bottling in late February 2022. Ripe and round, with lime, mandarin, white honey flooding the juicy palate, sculpted with lime leaf and pith, and bedded by river stones. There's an alluring white pepper note throughout, that lingers on the saline finish. Such a moreish delight.
