“Light yellow-gold. Deeply pitched pear nectar, anise, jasmine and iodine scents show very good clarity and an emerging gingery element. Concentrated orchard fruit flavors are sharpened by a suggestion of dusty minerals and a late jolt of white pepper. The floral note repeats strongly on the finish, which hangs on with excellent focus and tenacity.”

This Chardonnay was produced entirely from the original section of Oliver's Vineyard planted in 1991 and named for Talley Farms founder Oliver Talley. Light straw in color with aromas of bright tropical fruit, the 2013 Oliver's VineyardChardonnay is a beautiful expression of the Edna Valley. Subtle hints of pineapple, refreshing acidity, and earth notesresult in a wine of elegance and clarity.
With an expansive finish, this wine pairs wonderfully with lobster ravioli or seared mahi-mahi.
