Roland Lavantureux 2021 Chablis "Vau de Vey" 1er Cru 1.5L

Attractive pale lemon. The nose has white fruit with a grassy overlay. There is an excellent balance between the concentration of fruit and the acidity, with fruit and minerals in harness at the finish. Even a little lemony touch.
