This wine opens with aromas of a lemon orchard in full bloom alongside cut green pears, candied lemon peel and acacia. It is light and fresh with an energy and vitality that ignites the senses. Flavors of green apple, lemon with a slight pithy bitterness that balances the fruitiness of the wine. On the finish, the complexity of the wine shines as a crushed-stone minerality is lifted by the mouthwatering and electric acidity that keeps each sip refreshing.
