This year's Non-Fiction red blends malbec, syrah, cabernet sauvignon, petit verdot, and cabernet franc, all fermented and aged in concrete for 1 year. Fleshy with sarsaparilla, boysenberry, raspberry jam, and herbal cassis, this medium bodied red is seasoned with cracked pepper, and lifted with an easy acidity. Friendly, but not dumbed down at all, and ready for cracking into now.
