The 2023 Pet Nat is made from 70% Donauriesling and 30% Muskateller. Juicy, youthful yeast is infused with tender elderflower and much lemon in this cloudy wine. A lovely note of ripe Golden Delicious apple swings along and takes hold of the slender palate with its super creamy, yeasty mousse. This is a winner. (Bone-dry)
