Petit Blanc is stainless steel fermented and a blend of mostly sauvignon blanc, with muscat, and pinot gris. It spends five months on lees adding richness to the mouthfeel. Pear and melon lead the palate with a strong undercurrent of bitter grapefruit lined with desert scrub notes. It is a food wine for simply prepared dishes like fish tacos, steamed mussels, or barbecue chicken. Ready to drink and good value.
