Abendrot translates to ‘afterglow’, and that’s exactly what you’ll have after consuming this juicy, peach-hued bubba. From one of our most favourite producers and cutie-est of cutie-pies, winemakers Maria & Alex! Together they follow biodynamic practises across their six hectares of Burgen-land.  A blend of all the grapes that come from the limestone and schist plot where they grow their top ‘Perspektive’ line: bright welschriesling (on skins), blushing rosenmuskateller (semi-carbonic), a dash of tomato-y ‘Perspektive Rot’ & salty-fruit-cup ‘Perspektive Weiss’. Natural jujubes made by your best friends hippie mamma, tomato skin umami, dusty yellow flowers, watery-watermelon, fermenting lemons, sweet carrots & fairy light acidity. Enjoy alongside a roasted cauliflower with sumac butter, you tender little glow worms!
