Description
Bouquet: Concentrated dark spicy fruits with hints of pepper and apparent toasty oak. Palate: Ripe fleshy dark fruits are integrated with soft silky tannins to give a velvety textured finish. Pair With: Slow cooked pork shoulder with fennel and rosemary roasted vegetables.
