Deep and complex red made mainly from pinot noir and a little pinot gris. The grapes are co-fermented and then aged in neutral barrels for several months. Gewurztraminer is added during aging to fill the part of the angels which evaporates naturally. A dry, mineral red, with spicy notes and overflowing with red fruits. A delight!
