Jonathan Didier Pabiot 2022 Pouilly Fume 'Elisa' 750ml

This cuvée is made from vines aged between 4 and 10 years. Planted on clay-limestone and flint-clay terroirs in the commune of Pouilly sur Loire. The wine is matured in stainless steel vats on its lees for around 6 to 8 months. Elisa is always the first wine bottled in the year.
