The flagship Joie blend is a little-known French blend tagged PTG (or passe-tout-grains), which is a copy of an old Burgundian blend featuring pinot noir and gamay. The nose is a big hit of spice and red cherries that pulls you into the glass. The attack is round and soft, the fruit is juicy with more spice and persistence through the finish. The fruit is perfectly balanced by a dusting of earth and silky pinot tannins. Friendly and gulpable; be careful.
