The 2023 Grüner Veltliner Loibner (from lighter, alluvial soils along the Danube with sands and gravels) is fermented in stainless steel. Yeast and a touch of white miso combine with white paper on the nose. The palate is fluid and smooth but always with that lovely, gentle rasp of pepper. The body is light; the finish is peppery and dry. (Bone-dry)
