Fitzpatrick Family 2023 Cremant 750ml

Some great sparkling wine comes from the Alsace region of France, and much of it is made with at least some Pinot Blanc. Here at Fitz, we’ve been growing Pinot Blanc for a number of years and often either blending it, or trading to other wineries for them to blend with. But now Pinot Blanc has its chance to shine.  We made the Fitz Crémant using traditional methods from 100% estate grown Pinot Blanc grapes from the south field of the Greata Ranch Vineyard. The Crémant was fermented and aged in stainless steel with secondary fermentation and additional aging in bottle.
