From 100-year-old vines a wine that will make you "travel"
It is a selection of the best grapes from the oldest vines from vineyards with an average age of 100 years, on poor soils with sandy, clay, limestone and carboniferous stratifications. That alone might be enough to want to taste this wine but let's go further.
Spontaneous fermentation and maceration on the skins for 14 months in steel vats, with aging in the same containers for two months. As in all of Bruno Ruiz's wines there is depth, there is something mystical, something magical. It is a satisfying, unique drink; in the glass the herbal and fruit aromas create a depth that transports you for a few seconds to another universe. Fabulous
