The 2023 Petit Chablis Sous Le Vent has a bright green apple- and citrus-fresh bouquet with good vigor and light flinty aromas in the background. The palate is clean, fresh and quite tensile. It's not overly complex, but this maintains its vivacity and feels just very…Chablis toward the finish. The 2023 is one for the purists.
