A background hint of reduction is just enough to blur the nuances of what seems to be a ripe mix of earthy red and dark fruit aromas trimmed in just enough wood to notice. The supple and refined flavors possess a seductive, indeed caressing, mouthfeel while managing to retain reasonably good delineation on the lingering and slightly better-balanced finale even though here too there is enough warmth present to mention. Note that this could easily be enjoyed young.
