Made from all 5 permitted varieties in Jurançon: Petit Manseng, Gros Manseng, Courbu, Lauzet, and Camarlet – the rarest but dominant in the blend. Luscious, ripe, rich, and concentrated. The wine is made like Dagueneau’s Pouilly-Fumé, with an emphasis on linear precision, mineral texture, depth of concentration, but with a extra pulpy core from the warmer climate. Fruit profile is dominated by tropical mangoes, longan and pineapples supported by a minerally core. Astounding balance that leaves your palate feeling fresh and invigorated. Terrific length.
