Description
Deep red colour. Aromatically rich and complex, with a bouquet of cinnamon, jammy blackcurrant fruit and hints of roasted coffee beans and spice. On the palate it's soft and rounded, with supple, well-weighted tannins; flavours of liquorice and candied lemon. It's dense and fleshy, so decant it a few hours before serving with Mediterranean cuisine.
