The 2016 Grand Bouquet Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru Extra Brut shows itself ripe, juicy and with a beautiful bouquet of ripe quince, vineyard peach, orange flesh, orange zest, camomile, oyster shell and dried pastries.
The palate is also juicy and beguiling, with a salty trace and fine carbonic acid. A champagne that transports you directly to the sea with its finesse and intensity, so intense is its salty-mineral impression.
