The 2016 Extra Brut Millésime Grand Bouquet Chouilly Grand Cru is a pure Chardonnay. Fresh yellow apple, ripe lemon and white toast combine on an inviting, fragrant nose. These themes carry seamlessly over to the palate where citrus and creaminess intensify and are dispersed by lively, fine mousse. A lovely edge of pleasantly bitter citrus pith lends firmness and structure to this brisk, enlivening bright wine. Dosage is 3gr/L. Disgorged: December, 2021.
