The NV Brut Grand Rosé is ethereal and nicely lifted, yet with plenty of punch to balance it all. The Bara Rosé is a bit quirky, but it has plenty of charm. I would prefer to drink this aperitif-style Rosé over the next few years, as it is a bit fleeting. Disgorged: May, 2021.
