Champagne Palmer Rose Solera 750ml

The NV Brut Rosé Solera is a blend of 54% Chardonnay, 33% Pinot Noir and 13% Pinot Meunier, with color derived from a 6% addition of red wine kept in solera. Its 2021 base is complemented by 59% reserve wines from 2015, 2016, 2018 and 2020. Aromas combine a hint of conifer forest with wet clay, while the palate adds juicy plum and a frothy mousse that brings more body and roundness. The wine is foamy, with a yeasty backdrop and much animation. Dosage is 6 grams per liter.
