Burrowing Owl 2022 Malbec 750ml

A deep, inky, purple coloured Malbec with an intense nose of ripe blueberry, damson plum, dried violets, dark chocolate, espresso, pepper, clove and pastry crust notes with a hint of sage brush. The palate is full-bodied, with plenty of ripe, smooth, round tannins and deep flavours of blackberry, black plum, paprika, dried black olives with dried herbs and graphite notes on the finish. Pair with achiote paste marinated flank steak, harissa rubbed lamb leg, or eggplant parmigiana.
