Bodegas San Valero 2014 Zurdo Carinena 750ml

The Zurdo wine is made from grapes from our Monte Ducay (500m) and Monte Alcaniz (720m) vineyards. All our vineyards are bush vine trellised. Our vines are mostly massal selected from the best French or Spanish vineyards. The combination of exceptional soils with the coolness from the Northern Cierzo winds creates a unique microclimate. Handpicked, the grapes were then cold fermented and the wine aged in barrel or tank for 12 months.
