Bodegas Salentein 2021 Reserve Cabernet Franc 750ml

The 2021 Cabernet Franc Salentein Reserve (from Los Arboles in the Uco Valley) was 70% aged in used French (80%) and American (20%) oak barrels. Garnet-red in hue. The nose presents notes of ash and green bell pepper over a layer of dark fruit with hints of oak. Intense and fairly expansive on the palate, the grippy texture delivers a satisfying, almost gravel-like mouthfeel.
