A Torrontés from Cafayate where harvest time is key. Neither under- nor overripe, it presents aromas of orange blossom, lime and tuberose, and offers sparky freshness in the mouth, good volume for the variety, real intensity of flavor and a slightly bitter finish, as one would expect from a terpenic grape.
