60% Syrah, 20% Mourvèdre, 20% Grenache. de l'Hortus is a powerful and complex red on the nose, with notes of ripe red fruits, vanilla, liquorice and sweet spices. The attack is frank, well balanced, with very soft tannins and a long and spicy finish, delicately liquorice, with some menthol nuances… A very nice opus which, in its youth, will ideally accompany your light lunches!
