Anthony Buchanan 2024 Rose 750ml

Really excited to be offering a Rosé this season, it's been a few years since I last produced one here at the winery, I guess good things happen to those who wait. The Syrah portion was direct press so we could obtain the purest juice possible and have as much control over the colour we wanted in the final blend. The Mourvèdre portion was kept separate with a few days on the skins for colour, flavour and texture and was blended with the Syrah portion to complete fermentation. The results are savoury, fruity and lean with red plums, candied red fruits and freshly picked herbs. If you ever tasted our Semi-carbonic Malbec Rosé and enjoyed it then this wine will rock your world. Cheers, Anthony.
